Originally from Tenerife, Carmen Fumero trained in higher studies in the Conservatorio Superior María de Ávila. She additionally received three skills improvement grants in the Certamen Nacional de Danza de Castellón in 2007 and a grant for the Laboratorio Danza Lab of the Auditorio de Tenerife.
She has worked for the Company I+D directed by Ana Beatriz Alonso (Tenerife), Projects in Movement (Madrid) and the Daniel Abreu Company in the piece Negro. She has created a number of solo works, in particular ¿Estás? and Dos, which were presented in a number of theatres and national Festivals. |
